The key components of the food waste processor are high-speed motors, cutterheads, chambers, and pneumatic switches (or remote control devices). The high-speed motors create centrifugal force in the chambers, which drives the cutterheads to quickly and effectively cut, crush, grind, and finally flush into the sewer with water flow.
Every time the machine is shut down and restarted, the intelligent circuit will automatically achieve reverse rotation, which is opposite to the running direction when it was last shut down, and can effectively clean up the residual garbage in the grinding bin. After the machine encounters a jam, the intelligent circuit will automatically sense the weight of the stuck object, apply force continuously for 6 milliseconds, increase the motor torque, and try to remove the jam. If the stuck object cannot be released after 6 applications of force, the motor will run in reverse. In case of jamming, the motor relies on the intelligent control of electronic chips to change the direction of the rotating magnetic field of the motor stator coil to achieve reverse rotation, without mechanical wear and spark generation, with high safety and low motor wear rate.
